Growing Up...

Our baby girl is growing up way too fast :( We are enjoying every single moment in her sweet little life, but we are hoping she will SLOW DOWN!

We have had so much fun watching her explore and achieve more milestones.

She's been sitting in a big girl high chair to eat her meals...

Daddy's Girl...

As I'm watching Addison grow, she is really starting to look like her Daddy. She has some of his facial expressions and definitely shares his social personality.

Addison took a visit to the marina and had lunch with Daddy.

We went to Dave and Buster's for Cousin Mikey's birthday and Addi enjoyed racing cars with Daddy...

Mommy and Daddy celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary and took Addi Kate along for dinner. This is a sweet picture we took outside the restaurant after dinner...

7 Month Birthday Hat...

We had Addi Kate's monthly birthday hat photo shoot and I might be a little biased, but isn't she just the cutest????

She is wiggling everywhere and does this thing where she bounces up and down...

I had to snap the pictures as quick as I could because I thought she was going to bounce right out of her chair!!

But all that matters is that she is one happy girl...

And it's safe to say that her Daddy and I are just as happy!

Happy Birthday Addison: 7 months

Addison Kate,

This past September 2, 2013, we celebrated your 7 month birthday. Your daddy and I are enjoying this stage of your life SO MUCH! You are laughing, rolling over, trying to crawl, floating in the pool, eating everything we feed you, and just the cutest little girl in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!

Your next Well-Visit isn't until 9 months, so Daddy and I weighed you the other day and you are approximately 19.5 pounds. You have also grown at least an inch because we've had to move your jumperoo up a notch.

You like to play with your toys and will play by yourself for hours. Your Bitty Baby is one of your favorite toys right now and you love it when your Bitty Baby "talks" to you.

You got your first booboo on your 7 month birthday. Mommy was taking your monthly pictures and you accidentally fell over and hit your little head on the side table. I honestly think I cried as much (or MORE) than you did, sweet girl. You have a little bruise above your left eye and even though I wasn't physically hurt, my heart hurt so bad for you!!! Luckily, your eye didn't swell or bruise as bad as we expected and you were back to normal, smiling and laughing, within a few minutes. 

Your daddy and I want to spend every moment with you...we wish we could win the lottery so we could spend every single day playing, loving, and spending time with you. But, until that day, we'll look forward to coming home from work and squeezing your chubby little cheeks :)

We love you MORE than the world Addison Kate!!!

Happy 7 months!!!

Infant Swim Resource...

We heard about Infant Swim Resource through a friend and really wanted Addi to learn how to float. ISR isn't technically swim lessons, they are lessons that teacher her how to float  in the event that she were to fall in unexpectedly. 

We took this video after just one week of lessons...

Isn't it amazing what she's learned how to do already???

This Stage...

We've been having so much fun these past few weeks. Addison has always been the light of our lives, but we are in LOVE with this stage. 

She loves food! She'll eat anything and makes the cutest faces when we feed her...

She always has a smile on her face. I honestly have no idea what we did to have such a good and happy baby, but we are so thankful!!!

Addison still loves the water. She kicks, splashes, and is doing a great job with floating.

We had our Knight Family Reunion this past weekend and Addison was the life of the party...

Gosh I could just stare at that sweet face ALL DAY LONG!

Again, we just love this stage of Addi Kate's sweet life.
