Nights of Lights...

We took Addison to see the St. Augustine Nights of Lights again this year. We are so thrilled that Ashley (from SheShe Made) was able to join us with her kiddos. The lights were gorgeous...

Christmas Card 2015...

I am SO in love with our Christmas Card this year!!! I ended up taking pictures myself of Addi in our backyard. I took these, but David didn't approve.

He didn't like the background :(

So I thought I would try again and only take a picture of her face. After a few shots, I realized I had the perfect one for our card.  So here it is, our 2015 Christmas Card featuring our blonde haired, blue-eyed beauty...

Thanksgiving 2015...

We had a blessed Thanksgiving this year...we have SO much to be thankful for! Including this little sweetheart...

My heart just might explode!!!!

This plate is oh so special to me too...she made it at school and it is her sweet little handprint...

We got rid of all her diapers!!!!!

Well, that's not the whole truth. But, we did start  potty training and she has actually done a pretty good job. 

Who doesn't like to have their snack while sitting on the potty?!?!?!?

We are blessed!!!

Addi Kate is Off to See the Wizard...

Addi Kate's 3rd birthday party is just around the corner and of course, I am in FULL planning mode. I've been scoping out a few things to prepare for the party and have a lot of fun ideas for Addi and her friends.

I love to be able to recycle projects. I decided to use this sign we made last year for Addi's Big Top party and use it for her party this year too. I have a friend making vinyls to go on it that say Munchkin Land, Emerald City, Kansas, Poppy Field, and Witch's Castle. I can't wait until it's complete!

I ordered these labels to go on her favor boxes for her friends...

And as far as the big idea for her party this year...since she LOVES horses, I thought about getting a Horse of a Different Color. I've called a few places and think we are going to be able to make this happen. I can't wait to see her face when a colored horse shows up at her party!!!

Back to party planning...

Pumpkin Patch 2015...

We took Addison to Connor's A-maiz-ing Acres again this year. She really enjoyed the rides, the animals, and ALL the pumpkins!

This year we went through the corn maze...it was long, but fun!

Addi's grandparents joined us this year, so we had to get a group family picture to mark the occasion!

Addi was amazed at all the pumpkins...they had SO many to choose from. 

She is TOO cute for words :)

I would have to say that riding the horse was her FAVORITE part this year too. She just loves horses!

This year the helmet fit her a little better, but was still a tad too big. 

We let her ride the horse without Daddy's help this year. I was a nervous wreck thinking that she might fall off, but she did a great job!

This gives me an idea for her birthday party...more info on that later, wink wink!

We rode on the cow train (this is where we got the idea for last year's elephant train for her 2nd birthday party).

Halloween 2015...

We had a great time trick or treating this year for Halloween. We did our traditional hayride with Jilly, Pops, D-ma, and our neighbors. But first, we had to decorate our pumpkin! Addi Kate is really into painting right now, so we let her paint her pumpkin this year.

I think she did a pretty good job with her light pink, hot pink, and green paint...

Addi dressed up as Snow White this year. She was the perfect Snow White (except she has blonde hair)!!

Although she did throw a little fit when she saw our neighbor dressed up as Cinderella :)

Happy Birthday Addison: 33 and 34 months

I am behind AGAIN on posting to Addi Kate's  blog. But thought I'd spend a few weeks catching up on all the FUN we've been having.

First, let's start with her 33 and 34 months photos...

This little girl LOVES flowers and LOVES picking them too :) She is able to have full conversations with us and knows what she does and doesn't like. We start potting training during this month and she has done a great job.  For some reason she doesn't like the regular potty...I think it's the sound of the toilet flushing that scares her, but she is a pro at using her portable Minnie Mouse potty chair from D-ma. 

Her HAIR!!! I absolutely love love love her gorgeous blonde hair. I also can't believe how long and pretty and it is...I always dreamed I'd have a blue-eyed, blonde baby girl. God sure did show up and show off with Addi Kate! We are looking forward to all the Christmas celebrations this month, we have lots in store for this sweet angel of ours! 

Happy Birthday sweet Addison. Mommy and Daddy love you MORE than the world!
