Random Christmas Photos and Story Time...

We have taken so many random Christmas photos of our girl this year. She has learned how to "pose" for the camera and is really hamming it up!

Isn't she just too much???

Love her sweet little smile :)

Mommy had the opportunity to do Story Time at the local Barnes and Noble for a fundraiser for her school. She read two Christmas books to about 15 two and three year olds. Can you see who her biggest fan was???

We had no idea that Barnes and Noble was so fun for little kids. Addi had a great time looking at books, playing with the toys, and just having the opportunity to run around the store :)

Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year...especially with this sweet girl!

Christmas Artwork...

You saw on Day 5 of Missy's visit that she brought Addi the canvas trees designed by our friend Kim Wheeler with Small Words Art. This is a fun way for us to be creative and have some family time decorating our trees.

Addi LOVES "art" and had a blast decorating her tree this year. She especially liked using the paint brush to apply the hodge podge :)

Here she is with her final product!

Here are all three of our canvases (before they were dry)...

Thank you Kim for this FABULOUS idea...we are looking forward to decorating our trees next year!

More of Missy's Lessons...

Here are days 13-24 of Missy's lessons. I think that Days 13, 16, and 23 were my favorites this year!

We look forward to having Missy come back next year with more lessons for Addi Kate!

Missy Mistletoe is BACK...

Missy Mistletoe, our Elf, returned this year with a lot of important lessons for Addison. Here are days 1-12 and the lessons she felt Addi should learn to be more like Jesus...

I LOVE our elf...she's so smart and Addi really enjoys finding her each and every morning.

Playhouse...

Santa came a little early this year to the Knight Home. We had the company that does a lot of work for my parents build Addison  her very own playhouse. We are in LOVE with it..and Addi is too :)

The contractor showed up at 6:45 a.m. and by the time I got home from work, the playhouse was complete. Here are a few progress pics David sent me during the day...

It turned out absolutely perfect and I can't wait to decorate it for/with Addison.

The windows came from an old home and we found the door on Craigslist. It has an 8X10 floor plan and is 6 feet tall. We had planned for it to be 6 feet tall PERIOD...but we didn't realize that it would be 6 feet tall PLUS the roof. So it's a pretty roomy playhouse for a 2 year old.

I could hardly wait until we picked Addi up from school so she could see it. Here is the video we took of her when she saw it for the first time.

One of the best moments ever...love this sweet girl and making her happy!

Nights of Lights...

We took Addison to see the St. Augustine Nights of Lights again this year. We are so thrilled that Ashley (from SheShe Made) was able to join us with her kiddos. The lights were gorgeous...

Here is Addi and Ava modeling their SheShe Made Christmas dresses :)

The kiddos had their faces painted. It really is amazing to see how still Addison is when she gets her face painted :)

All the kids with their faces painted. Ava was Elsa, Judd was a Ninja Turtle, and Addi a butterfuly...

Here is our family of THREE in front of the big St. Augustine Christmas Tree...

Looking forward to more Christmas fun this year!

Christmas Card 2015...

I am SO in love with our Christmas Card this year!!! I ended up taking pictures myself of Addi in our backyard. I took these, but David didn't approve.

He didn't like the background :(

So I thought I would try again and only take a picture of her face. After a few shots, I realized I had the perfect one for our card.  So here it is, our 2015 Christmas Card featuring our blonde haired, blue-eyed beauty...

I hope you all had a blessed Christmas!
