Leprechaun Trap...

Since Addi Kate is obsessed with the Leprechaun and clovers, we decided to put together a Leprechaun Trap this year!

Addi helped me put it together and we had such a great time.

Her favorite part of the trap is the ladder...she hopes he climbs up to the top and falls right into the top of the hat.

And our finished product!!!

We can't wait to catch you Mr. Leprechaun!

The Beaches...

Last week we took a quick trip to Ponte Vedra to check out our campsite for our camping trip over Spring Break. We decided to eat lunch at one of our favorite places, The Beaches. It's a little seafood restaurant right on the water. Addi likes it because there is a small beach where she can play in the sand.

The weather was PERFECT so we decided to take Addi to the beach and let her run around for a bit...

I think it's safe to say we are ready for warmer weather and beach Sundays!

4 Leaf Clover...

Addi Kate is obsessed with leprechauns, finding his pot of gold, and 4 leaf clovers! So she was SHOCKED when she saw these clovers in our yard the other day...

She was convinced that the leprechaun stopped by our house and planted clover seeds!

So now she's on the hunt for a 4 leaf clover!!

Spending Gift Cards...

Addi Kate had a great time spending her birthday gift cards. It was definitely a lesson on how much was on each gift card, how much each item costs, and how to stay UNDER the price of the gift card.

But she walked away from Toys R Us with lots of goodies!!! She was able to get both of these princess dolls AND her crown for under $25!

Then we were off to the Disney store to spend her other gift card. She was literally in Heaven! She walked around the store about 50 times and played in this little castle...of course wearing her Ariel dress :)

After searching and searching and searching, she finally decided on buying this beautiful Belle dress and rose wand...

She is definitely a beautiful princess!!!

Gifts, gifts, and MORE gifts...

After Addi Kate's birthday party, we went out to dinner with our immediate family and then came home to open her gifts. I LOVE watching her facial expressions as she opened her gifts...priceless!

I love that she pretend-reads the cards. For example..."Happy Birthday Addi Kate! I hope you have a great birthday. Love, Maya"

She received lots of fun and unique gifts...like this fairy garden.

She also really liked this Rapunzel head where she can brush and style her hair.

She also received a few gift cards that she'll get to spend in the next few days! 

Lots of gifts, lots of fun!

Addi Kate's Sweet Pete's Party...

It seems as if Addi Kate's fifth birthday has been the ENTIRE month of February :)

We finally had her "friend" birthday party at Sweet Pete's this past weekend. It is a three story renovated building that has an awesome restaurant and an old school style ice cream parlor. One of my favorite things about Sweet Pete's is definitely the decor...and this oversized chairs on the porch are no exception!

We definitely had take Addi's picture with Mr. Sweet Pete himself!

Addison Kate's Party was on the 2nd floor in an adorable room.

I'd say by the look on her face, she approved of the room, as well as the cupcake cover on her chair :)

Once the kids arrived, they received a lesson on how to make lollipops.

They were pretty mesmerized....

Then they got creative with their lollipop designs...

They made heart lollipops, unicorn lollipops, lollipops with their initials...

And even mustache lollipops!

Addi Kate's lollipop plate was OVERFLOWING by the end of the session!

After the candy making session, the kids took a tour of the shop and learned how they make all the candy...

They were in the process of making all the Easter candy and chocolate bunnies...look at all that chocolate!!!

It was a great day with lots of smiles!

Heart Day...

We had a fun Heart Day this year!!! Starting off with a few special treats for our little Valentine...

I found these cool personalized straws...aren't they neat???

Addison made Daddy a special Valentine breakfast :)

And what is a holiday without a little Snapchat fun???

We came home to a special candlelight dinner that Daddy set up...

It was Addison's first candlelight dinner and she was so excited! Even her little stuffed animal enjoyed it :)
