2018 Easter Morning...

The Easter Bunny stopped by the Knight Home! He ate a few carrots, drank some milk, left a few goodies, and hid our Easter eggs.

The Easter Bunny left lots of a goodies for the pool and the beach...

Including this cute doll that can actually SWIM!!!

Addi couldn't wait to hunt for Easter eggs in the backyard...

Then we came inside and opened her Easter Basket and pool/beach surprises...

Her Puppy Dog Pals were a hit along with this Easter Bunny headband...

I'd say Addi Kate is beach ready!!!

Then we got dressed to celebrate the REAL reason for the holiday...Jesus!

We had a great time at Southpoint and learned all about the Resurrection.

Dyeing Easter Eggs, 2018 Edition...

We had fun getting ready for the Easter Bunny this year by dyeing Easter eggs! But first...annual picture by the chalkboard :)

We boiled our eggs...

Then we set up our colors and a little someone I know wanted to make sure they were in the correct order (except for the pink that Mommy through in there).

Daddy got into the action too...

Addi Kate was so proud!

Unfortunately, I don't think the caught anything :)

While Addi was fishing, I was putting some finishing touches on her table in her cottage...

Now it's the perfect place for tea!

Camping Day 2...

Day 2 was just as much fun as Day 1. But we started our day off with a visit to the Fort in St. Augustine.

We had a great time exploring and learning about the history of St. Augustine.

Watch out...Addi is behind the cannon!!!!

We followed that Fort visit with another trip to the beach. The wind wasn't so bad, but it was definitely pretty chilly. But our little mermaid didn't seem to mind...

We ended our evening the same way as the day before...walking down the river, watching the sunset, eating at Aunt Kate's but we took lots of cool tree and sunset pics first!

This tree was low enough that Addi could climb on it...and she LOVED it!

The sunset pics were so beautiful...our little dancer showing off her passe'!

We had a great time exploring and having family time. Until next year...

Camping Day 1...

We took Addison camping in North Beach...which is only about 30 minutes from home. She was excited to do something different (although we took her camping when she was five months old). 

It was SO windy and cold, but again, the beach was glorious!

And Addison was so excited that she decided to throw seashells like confetti :)

After the beach we enjoyed the heated pool at the campgrounds...well, Addi enjoyed the heated the pool...it was still way too cold for the adults :)

I was glad to see that she remembered how to swim. For that matter, she jumped in the pool over and over and over again for a good hour.

We also enjoyed the cool play ground at the campsite. The trees were gorgeous!

Each night we would clean up, enjoy a stroll down the river, watch the beautiful sunset, and eat dinner at the local restaurant, Aunt Kate's.

2018 Easter Bunny Visit...

We took Addi Kate to see the Easter Bunny again this year. We arrived right when they opened so we didn't have to wait in a long line.  Addi did a great job patiently waiting on him to arrive...

And her face was priceless when he walked up...

I'm so glad we have been able to take her Easter photos with the same Bunny since she was born...

And OH MY GOODNESS!!! Why does my baby look so grown up???? Sweetest little girl ever!
