Wicked...

I took Addison and Mom to see Wicked! The Wizard of Oz is a favorite for all three of us, so seeing Wicked was a MUST. 

During the school day, the actress that played Glinda visited my school and held a master class with my students. So it was cool that I was able to get some pictures of her to show mom and Addi before they saw her on the stage. 

Here is my pretty girl right before the show started. 

Both mom and Addi loved it...but we made a promise to get seats closer to the stage next time. Addison's favorite part was when Glinda told the Wizard her name was "Glinda without the Ga!"

Gingerbread House 2019...

We are definitely a family that doesn't approve of Christmas BEFORE Thanksgiving. But...I did break down and let Addison decorate a gingerbread house this past weekend.

I honestly think she ate more than she decorated :)

Someone else was hoping to get a little treat!

Thanksgiving School Luncheon...

Jilly was able to attend Addi Kate's Thanksgiving Luncheon at school.

Fun!!!!

Addison did share that now she likes dressing...but she has no idea what "real" dressing tastes like :)

She was all smiles with her friends too :)

Addi Kate Lost her Sheep...

We found the perfect costume for Addi Kate this year...Bo Peep!

After seeing Toy Story 4, Addi fell in love with Bo.

Her shepherd's hook also made noises, so she loved that!

But never fear...Addi Kate found her sheep :)

And just because I can't believe how fast time flies...here's our little girl in her first Halloween costume compared to this year.

Summer Fun in Destin...

We took our annual trip to Destin over the summer. This year we kicked off our trip with a boat ride out to Crab Island. 

You can see in this pic why they call it the Emerald Coast!

We rented a great little condo and enjoyed the pool each afternoon.

This little red faced cutie had a great time swimming and playing in the sand.

We love you  Destin...see you next year!

Addi Kate's Symphony...

We decided to have Addison try out a musical instrument. So we picked....

The violin!!!

Addi has been taking lessons with Ms. Laurie all summer and is doing an amazing job.

She can play her A scale and Twinkle Twinkle. Look out Jacksonville Symphony!
